👩🏻💻 Time management
Block out just 1-2 hours a week to plan content, schedule a few posts (or save to drafts if you prefer to manually post), source inspiration and images or tick off a couple of other objectives and tasks. You’ll feel so much better for being even a little prepped!
📱 Stop procrastinating and unnecessary scrolling
It’s time and energy wasting and often ends up making us feel inadequate and unachieved – which you are not FYI.
😻 Save posts and blog links that inspire you
I do this for every single client account I manage. I can’t physically store everything in my brain so if I see something and like or feel inspired for it I instantly save it to refer back. One of my clients is big on fashion, art and beauty shoots so I’m always saving content I think she’ll want to see.
📚 Journal your thoughts as and when they come to mind
Again, because right now your brain doesn’t have the capacity to remember every thought that pops into your head. So write it down somewhere, send yourself a voice note, whatever works best for you.
☕️ Give yourself a break!
If you need to take a few days or a few weeks off from this space or other aspects of your marketing growth and efforts please give yourself permission to be free from pressure, deadlines and overwhelm! You can always BRB and pick up where you left off with a clearer mind.
Some of these may seem obvious but how many of us are actually putting them in to practise?
