This is a question we’re asking out loud every day lately, right?!
It seems to be a very difficult time for news, with racism, women’s safety, the pandemic, protests and more, and I know that all the different events going on are understandable triggers for so many of us.
I don’t know about you, but these occurrences one after the other can create feelings of anger, overwhelm, grief, confusion, frustration and feelings of being helpless.
Conversations are deep meaning but needed, and more conversations are still needed.
Some have struggled to know what to post on social media this week, not knowing how to show up, or they want to show up with a voice but the anxiety kicks in. Please know that you are not alone.
When I harp on about taking a mindful approach to your marketing this isn’t just to benefit business and to thrive which is obviously what I want for you but I also come at you with this approach to ensure that you’re kind to your own wellbeing in the process – and so here is your little reminder that if you don’t post for a few days then it really doesn’t matter. Perspective is everything.
If you do want to be productive but aren’t feeling your marketing itch, then use the time to be informed about subjects you’re passionate about, education yourself, nurture our children, take time for self care and wellbeing and take time to check in on your loved ones. 🙏🏼❤️✨
